I have to been to many yoga studios in the Connecticut/New York region and Full Circle by far exceeds all expectations. Not only is the studio incredibly clean, but you can feel the open and welcoming environment right as you step through the front door. The owner, Cariann, along with her top notch teachers are all well educated, friendly, safe, and creative in their approaches to each hot yoga class. Each class truly caters to the beginner as well as the seasoned yogi and they provide a safe and effective hot yoga practice for all. A supportive, non judgemental space that makes it feel like true genuine yoga. Highly recommend this studio!!
Great experience! I feel very welcome here (even though I’m new)! Edi is an amazing instructor with great detail on communicating each pose! Very clean facility! Can’t wait for my next class!
I was anxiously awaiting the opening of full circle hot yoga throughout this pandemic and once their doors opened I joined right away. I haven’t been disappointed once since starting 3 weeks ago. The owner Cariann is AMAZING; Friendly, professional, personable and caring. All the instructors I’ve had class with are understanding of any and all limitations, current or past injuries, and gladly give modifications. I can’t speak highly enough of Full Circle Hot Yoga and the owner Cariann. If you’ve been debating going for a class just go, you won’t regret it.
This is a wonderful studio that is very clean and beautiful. They offer a variety of class times and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel encouraged to do and try more. Highly recommend this place!
OK so listen... This isn't my first yoga studio. I've been a dedicated student of Hot Yoga (Bikram) for 15 years. During that time I've practiced at all of the hot yoga studios within a 15 mile proximity to my home. Some stunk, some just smelled some were free of stink. Besides the fact that Full Circle is brand new is the closest to my home, I would travel 20 miles to experience its cleanliness, dedication and expertise.
