Always clean and I've never seen a broken machine. Gym is a little tight but has everything. I'm happy with this location for the price.
I have not gone to the gym since COVID started. I am also 65 years old. I was charged and paid my annual fee in august at that time I also had to put I it writing that I wanted to end my commitment to Edge. I paid my September bill but was tile that I had to wait one month after sending in my cancellation. I received a October bill. Call the edge to have them credit my account. They refused and sent me to a credit agency Also beware that your personal trainer visits expire if not used in a year. Bad business. Not willing to work with the elderly especially during this COVID crisis. Poor management
Lied to about the contract... Personal training salesmen lied to me to get a commission... Terrible scam artists.
Great gym... social distancing and cleanliness
I really like the edge. We just switched to this club - my biggest complaint is that at certain times of the day it's full of kids just standing around and in the way.
