I tried to rerun a defective show to the manager named Sean who was rude and laughed at me my mother in law and my husband. I spend thousands at champs and will give my business to foot locker from now on. Luckily Ray at the Meriden location is accepting my return and ordering me a non defective pair. Note to champs. Don’t hire rude cocky kids as managers because your to cheap to hire a professional. I will tell all my friends family and customers take there business to foot locker. Even corporate was a joke. Looking forward to this company going bankrupt as they are morally bankrupt anyway

The worse retail experience I have ever experienced !nSean the manger (trumbelCt) was rude to my daughter n law as well as me when I called about the way a return was handled. She was advised by a great manger Ray in the meriden ct store had her go and get the shoe to exchange in Trumbel as he didn’t have the size in Meriden. Sean wouldn’t honor the exchange which I might add she wore in the house last night (same day she purchased them) and bright back immediately.nWhere is the consistency that one store would honor the exchange and the next one not and also be rude!nChamps should not have this Sean manager representing there store as he has tainted my opinion of what champs hires. Also the gas and time she used was not replaceable and AGGRAVATION AS SHW WAS BROUGHT TO TEARS LIKE SHE WAS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING!
