I love this store and I’m there every week shopping for my daughter. I went there today and my daughter so happens to be wearing a coat that I purchased from there store. I came in politely after they were just chatting to say for it to be noted that we came in with that coat. The girl at the front looked puzzled and just stood there and stare as if I spoke alien; after the awkward moment the other girl from the back said it’s ok....I was walking off as the first girl said ‘I didn’t know that we even sold that there’ Rude, unfriendly, don’t want to be at work staff plus for a place who sells shoes, there should at least a chair or bench near the shoes so that the children can sit and try them on.
