Great selection
The help I received in lady’s shoes was excellent!! However the help (I did not receive) in lady’s fragrances was horrible. One gal with 3 parties waiting for her help. Need more staff!! I did not make my purchase as I could not continue to stand (masked) there waiting to buy perfume.
A great place, inexperienced sales staff, lots of confusions with many errors and mistakes. Lots of apologies and solution searching with their supervisors. I had to go there three times from Naugatuck to Trumbull to rectify a sales disaster
The Estee Lauder lady did not know what she had in inventory, the system canceled twice my order and she didn't know what to do, and the end I left with empty hands and lost more than 45 minutes!!
It was a good experience. All the staff members are helpful they had an idea where everything what was. Overall everything organized no complaints.
