Phenomenal gym! My then six year old wanted to learn a martial art. After calling a few other gyms in the area, we found SBG....and we are so glad we did. My son has been training for nearly four years and I joined him a year later. They are warm and welcoming, great family environment. Coach Travis and Kisa have built an amazing tribe and we are so blessed to be a part of it. If you are looking for fitness, yoga, martial arts...look no further.
It’s been almost 7 years since my son and I joined SBG Montana. I walked in looking for self defense classes and ended up with so so much more. SBG is a place where anyone from any walk of life or skill level can achieve their goals. The impact SBG has had on my life in the short 2 years I’ve been training isn’t something I could have ever imaged. I couldn’t recommend a place more for self improvement and physical and mental growth. Travis and Kisa are extremely professional and put personal care into every student at their academy. Great place, great vibe.
Health, confidence, experience, friendships, skills, positivity.. a few things you are likely to experience. I joined as a broken USMC veteran and through their dedicated yoga program, i have significantly improved my conditions and have regained peace of mind. Their martial arts program is world class, coaches who have real experience, tried and tested, friendly and knowledgeable, it doesnt get much better. Combine all that and you have their kids program.. developed to help kids become resilient and strong with healthy life skills. SBG Montana is the bees knees! Thank you!
This place is an amazing place for you, your kids, your mama, and your friends! They radiate confidence and safety. Every person that goes there leaves feeling amazing! The coaches are amazing at what they do! I would 100% recommend!
