I’ve been a member of Flathead for about two months and it’s an absolutely fantastic Gym. Always super clean plenty of available machines clean bathrooms showers and sauna. Some of the machines are state of the art and others are older but still super super functional. Also the owner is super cool.Highly recommend this gym
I enjoy working out at this gym. It's a pleasant place to be. They've got a good weight room and I can always catch the news when I'm on a treadmill.
My wife and I have been going for about 5 months. Happy with staff, equipment and classes. Medicare covers ours gym visits (Silver and Fit). Have gone from barely able to do a couple painful pull-ups to doing multiple sets of 10. That has allowed this geezer to once again enjoy kayaking class 4 whitewater and surf kayak 10 foot ocean waves with renewed confidence.nnAnyway, Flathead Health and Fitness has everything my wife and i need.
Resourceful; Beneficial to those that are disabled; accommodating & friendly. They have the right personality, the knowledge, the equipment and tools, to get you restored, and in shape.
Like the gym but my insurance quit paying for it but going to start going again pretty soon
