One of my favorite things about Mollie’s classes is that they are not only a place to stretch and unwind, but a sacred space for reflection and looking within. I appreciate the meditational side of her practice she shares that brings greater awareness of the body and state of mind. I always learn so much and look forward to the next time I get to participate!
As a novice yogi, Yoga Hive has been such a wonderful, educational experience. The 5$ community classes are my go to every week and every week it's more challenging and addictive. I will be king for a long time to come!
I am 16 hours from home and desperate for a class....any class...from anyone!nThis lil' studio was a GIFT! The moment you walked in you could just feel that it was a community and welcoming. The class and instructor we're comforting and welcoming. It is my hope that those who travel through the studio I teach at find the same feeling and welcome I did here. Namaste friends!
