I cannot Express more strongly how much I appreciated the kindness and efficiency of Susan and Farha at the Stamford facility. Moving is an emotional and exhausting experience and they helped to smooth the whole process. They even offered water and helped resolve an issue on my Samsung phone! The absolute best and highly recommend this impressive facilitynn18 months later I can only add praise to Westys and their staff. We are moving our stuff to the UK and can only hope that we can find a facility as helpful and efficient as this. Thank you Susan!

Friendly and reliable customer service on phone and in person. Safe and easily accessible location. Good policies and practices in place to help protect staff and customers during COVID-19. Be sure to ask for the web rate.

My experience as a Westy customer has been fantastic. During a stressful move last year, Susan, Bona, Julie, and everyone else on staff got me settled and have been consistently kind and helpful. I've also seen their generosity with other customers. These are tough and uncertain times for everyone right now, so it’s particularly nice to know I'll receive the support and even share a laugh when I’m there. We downsized from 4800 square feet and n Riverside and stored our treasures at Westy Stamford for 18 months. What a pleasure! Clean, safe, friendly, helpful. Especially when we were at a transition point in our lives. You get what you pay for! That being said- the prices were also very reasonable.

Nice place.. I wasn't a customer, but I was with my moving company, and I can tell is the best place to go.
