The ordering process and waiting is highly disorganized. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. The food was good, my husband says it was the best chicken sandwich he's ever had, but the burger tastes exactly like a Wendy's burger for double the price.nThe chocolate milk shakes are really good.

Update: 10/27/2020 4 or 5 good burgers in a row. Wish i could get sausage egg & cheese breakfast like they had at Grand Central. Update: 10/22/2020 after a bit of a rough spot over the past couple months, the burgers are returning to their former glory. I've had 3 good burgers in my past 3 visits. Tonight's was as good as they used to be. It can't be easy to always make the best burger. Shake Shack had set the bar extremely high for themselves.

If you look through my reviews, you'll see I am generally positive. This is a rare and thoroughly earned exception.nnThis was the worst fast food I've had in more than a decade. The nicest thing that I can say about it is that the portions were small, so I didn't have to suffer as much as I might have. The chicken in the sandwich was mealy, like eating sawdust flavored with something vaguely like poultry. The pickle flavor was off, as though they'd taken the worst of the dill and bread and butter picks flavored and combined them into a new and deeply unsatisfying experiment. There wasn't much meat, mostly breading, which in this case is a plus.nnThe fries were scanty in quantity and undercooked.nnThe ketchup was, sadly, the best thing about the experience.

I typically love Shake Shack but I was NOT happy with my experience at this location. We were not acknowledged for a very long time upon arriving to the store. When we were finally addressed to place our order, the man taking our order was very rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my business. Our order was placed to the side without telling us, and after waiting over 15 minutes we found our order on the pick up rack. An item was missing from my order so I asked for the item. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and went to get me the item. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and unfortunately will not be back. Love the food but lacking a lot of customer service.
