I was looking for a change and Dynamic Athletics CrossFit fit the bill. It was exactly what I was looking for for strength training and it worked. I lost body fat and gained strength. I can now do full body push-ups. Before I was doing push-ups on my knees. My squats are deeper and I feel stronger. It was a welcoming place to work out. The hours fit my schedule and the people are friendly. They introduced themselves and made me feel welcome.
Did a drop in here and there was awesome programming and super welcoming community!
I joined a year ago and love it! Great community of people that have become my friends and fantastic workouts!
Dynamic Athletics is the best gym in Fairfield County. Very inclusive community and very instructive coaching. Can't say enough great things!
