For those of you who are already working out at Organic Fitness, you owe it to yourself to at least try the Precision Nutrition program that OF offers and mirrors OF’s philosophy. I started the PN program ten months ago, and frankly I am amazed with the results. I have lost a significant amount of weight effortlessly. More important than the weight loss, though, is the way that my relationship with food has completely changed. This program is not just about nutrition. It is about human psychology, mindfulness and, of course, exercise. There are no tricks, just solid, good eating and understanding the cultural and psychological forces that can make this difficult. PN teaches that good habits are just as easy to develop as bad habits. If I make a poor food choice, I don’t judge myself. Instead, I use that experience as information for future decisions. Honestly, PN is what I have always longed for in a wellness program. Discovering this program has been a gift to me. I highly recommend.

ONE OF THE BEST LOCAL GYMS IN STAMFORD !! Carrie and Meghan are experienced, patient trainers that genuinely care about not just your physical health, but also your mental health. They offer semi-private and group classes; as well as online coaching.nnMy experience with the semi-private classes have been stellar! They ask you what your goals are and set realistic, *personalized* plans to achieve them. They accommodate to any skill level and any limitations/injuries you may have. They have tons of experience and plenty of equipment for every type of exercise. The community is inclusive and very supportive, which can be rare in some gyms.nnEven after the shut down, they're committed to helping the community stay healthy any way they can!nnBottom Line: I would recommend this gym to anyone commited to making a change for the better.

OF isn't just a gym, Carrie and Meghan provide their community with all the tools you need to accomplish life goals you didn't even know you had for yourself. Their approach to coaching the whole person, mind, body, and soul along with their extensive knowledge of nutrition and training brings about change you not only see in the mirror but in every aspect of your life. I found OF when I was finally ready to believe in myself and make a change (habit change is what they do best). I was absolutely terrified, but Carrie, Meghan, and the OF community were so welcoming and positive that it became a second home. OF is a safe haven for anyone who is afraid to make mistakes and needs a group to help them back up when they do, who isn't sure of where they want to go with their goals but is ready to take in great advice, and for anyone who feels like they might be a little different than the average gym goer but is ready to join an awesome team. OF's community is full of some of the most consistent, committed, and helpful people I have ever met and I can truly say my life has changed because of them.

I have been going to Organic Fitness for about four months, and I can honestly say that it has been life changing. Unlike so many other gyms, the focus here is on enduring, long term health and fitness. The individualized training, with a huge emphasis on proper form, combined with the consistent, positive messaging about lifestyle and nutrition, is simply amazing. Carrie and Meaghan will teach, challenge, support and inspire you. Easily a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend!!!

Organic Fitness has helped me to get stronger and feel better. The thing I love most about this gym is it’s like having a personal trainer in a group setting. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and supportive to each other. I’ve been a runner since junior high and now that I’m older, I have many knee issues. With training at Organic Fitness my knees have become stronger and I feel comfortable doing squats and lunges again. Carrie and Meghan are great at giving alternative exercises to help build strength. In the past I’ve joined many other gyms and would go for a solid 3 months. At the Tully I even had 6 personal trainer sessions, but stopped going as soon as they were over. I’ve been going to Organic Fitness for 10 months, 3 to 6 days a week. Now, I’m feeling healthier and more confident. I’m so glad I joined and I recommend doing the 90 day challenge. The fall 90 day challenge helped me get through all the holidays and for the 1st time in years I’m starting my New Year without the stress and anxiety of needing to loose weight.
