I went to the Westport location but the owners are the same for Darien and Westport. If I could give zero stars I would. This is a horrendous little company with a couple of lying sleazy people owning it. Its been one year since I've contacted the company to ask if I could get a refund on a class package I purchased. After doing one introductory class I realized that physically this exercise was not good for me due to my medical condition. I was told to get a doctors note to show proof of this medical condition that I guess they assumed I was lying about it (probably because they are liars themselves and that's what they would do). Needless to say I got the doctor's note and notified them about it. Today over a year since I went to this place, I have not been refunded a penny. The owners are avoiding my calls and messages and not responding to my calls or emails. They are avoiding and ignoring me completely and not refunding the money. What's sad is that it's only about $100. At this point it's the principle of it. This company has no values or integrity along with terrible customer service. Terrible way to run a good business, a great way to run a business into the ground.
The machines are getting worn out but this is a good place to work out!
