Location is great and so is the staff, when there is enough people to help. However, the drive through is impossible. The pharmacy is not staffed enough for such a high traffic location. I’ve been through the drive through twice to try and get a prescription and had to leave since it took so long.
I went to CVS pharmacy and the employees did not attend very well because they made me wait without asking me what I needed until I told them that I was going to get a prescription & they stared at me & it would be better if they told you what you need or how much your going to wait in line. I don't know how much time it will take but telling me would be great.
The drive thru used to be a convenience. Either it takes forever to serve someone or now that testing is being done people sit at the window to do test. It’s not fair to those that are suffering a handicap and actually need the drive thru. Simply pull around front without getting out of vehicle, do test and drive back around to put it in the box. Hoping it gets better sooner than later. It shouldn’t take three visits to pick up a prescription.
Good luck if you need to reach the pharmacy by phone! Hung up after waiting on hold 15 mins and later 29 mins. ud83eudd2c
I am so impressed with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. Super nice, smart, caring, and efficient, even with difficult customers. Really appreciate their help.
