This is by far one of the worst CVS locations! I changed to a private pharmacy in White Plains bc this location on High Ridge is terrible all around. Every time you call expect a 45 min wait to get someone on the phone. The girls working behind the counter are unhelpful and outright rude at times. There needs to be an overhaul at this location. I would avoid pharmacy here at all cost!!
If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I never post but I’ve never been to a more messy and unorganized CVS pharmacy in my life. They had 10 cars waiting in line and the phone line was busy for over an hour. By the time they finally got to me they couldn’t find my prescription and made me wait another 20 minutes. I was shocked when the lady told me that’s how it usually is there. They should all be fired honestly or at the very least retrained for efficiency and productivity reasons. Worst run CVS pharmacy I’ve ever gone to and I’ll never go back.
There is covid testing at this location. Even eight months later when you make an appointment ahead of time you still wait 2 hours to get your test
The phone wait time for the pharmacy is very long. They are unorganized when it comes to shipments and refills. I spoke to the manager and voiced my concerns and all I got was a robot answer, “im sorry”.
Everyone is extremely helpful and do their best to accommodate every single customer that walks into the store. All the cashier, managers, and both the beauty consultants always are ready to show you where everything is instead of just pointing in that direction. Incredible assistance shown by an extremely highly skilled and professional staff.
