This is for the Macy’s app. I ordered a pair of sneakers a few months ago and had a great experience but not so much with a box shelf I ordered that took 10 days to get to me and was damaged on the side from shipping from California to Connecticut. I won’t be returning because it will take forever to get another one and it will probably be damaged too. I do like it as a night stand it lines up perfectly with my mattress and matches the color of my bedroom linens so I gave 3 stars. It is made out of recycled paper which is why it’s delicate you may want to add extra cushion when shipping across the country. I will not be ordering from the app again this table was expensive, damaged and took entirely too long:(

Very clean, fully stocked and seemingly empty of customers? (and empty of staff, think I saw 3 people working?).Looks like a safe place to shop. Macy's needs to advertise on TV so people can know they are open.

Take a picture of the inside of a Walmart or a Costco and compare it to a picture inside of a Macy's. Compare the two. Which looks like more of a pleasant comfortable shopping experience? There is no question and it is pretty sad that this magnificent department store atmosphere is disappearing around the country. Macy's exemplifies how beautiful the department store was, is, and hopefully will continue to be. Everyone should have the opportunity to visit a Macy's, or a Von Maur, or even a JCPenney before they disappear... A great selection of very good quality at decent prices. The emphasis here is quality and customer service. Well, employees of places like Walmart are also very dedicated and wonderful people but they can't compare to the experience you get at a well-managed department store.
