Two star:nI would NOT recommend buying the new commuter pants. They are way too loose. I am confused and suspect of all the great reviews on their own website. However, I own a pair of the Micro Terry Trackpants and they fit so nicely. Would recommend this instead.nnFour Star: Edit on 190126nRhone has one of the best customer service online. I was able to exchange for store credit. Bought another pair of Micro Terry Trackpants.
Commuter pants review:nnI bought three pair in different colors around 1 year ago. These pants are some of the most difficult to review as they are unique. I personally have never owned stretchable, all-occasion pants with a mild sheen finish. The one positive for me regarding the commuter is pant length. I am 5'11 and ordered a 32 inseam The fit was absolutely perfect- right to the top of my soles and an inch from the ground.nNow to the less attractive. Construction of this item was done with cost-savings in mind. Lower-quality sewing (fraying sew-lines after a few washes), use of glue in at least one of the hidden pockets, and material that loses repel ability over time.nWhile the pants look decent, especially when brand new, they are significantly overpriced. I would have paid no more than $60 had I seen them in stores.nThe phone pocket in one of the pairs came apart cleanly (glued) after my second use. No response from Rhone. Slightly cold rep I spoke with declined fixing the issue due to return policy timeframe.nI like the pants and will baby them a little to extend use, but (over)spent what I will with Rhone. The photo-shopped positive reviews are a great (yet shady) selling technique. The best apparel makers in the world have at least a few detractors (can't please everyone). Rhone apparently does not..lol.
Highly recommend. Love my sweater from them.
The store is under the stair. I stayed here for few hours and saw no one enter to buy anything......
Could be 5 * -- bought the maneuver short to replace Pearl Izumi shorts that are no longer made -- so far they are great. Rhone looks better than UA, comes off as a little more masculine than Lululemon and the fabric, fit and finish def seem polished so far. Time will tell whether these are 5 stars, but I'm buying another pair and like much else in the line...
