My husband and I just purchased a car from Prestige Volkswagen in Stamford and had the most straightforward experience. Will was such an attentive and honest sales person, Aamir did everything he could to make sure we got a fair deal, and Adam was so pleasant during the signing process. We have never had such a positive and smooth experience when buying a car. There was no pressure and no awkward negotiating. Highly recommend this dealership.

The worst service ever. The man who worked on my car misrepresented what I would pay for, and the rates they charge are ridiculous. Not to mention the people who retrieve your car are extremely rude. The man got the wrong car and got mad at me because I politely told him it wasn’t my car. I had to pay 134 dollars to be told how much something would cost to do, even though I already communicated what the problem was before their “diagnostic.” Overpriced, rude and sneaky. And once I got my car back I had a new warning light on. Or I didn’t notice it and they never mentioned it. Which wouldn’t surprise me. I thought I had been to worse mechanics but this dealership is somewhere I hope I never have to go to again. Avoid going here if possible.
