Went to get my car’s oil change and It was great! I went in to see Julie and she was the very best. I recommend everyone that comes here to come see Julie specifically. Super helpful and nice. Explains everything clearly and gives you helpful information when looking for recommendations. Doesn’t treat you as just a paying client, everything is genuine and helpful! My car felt like a million bucks and that’s just with an oil change. Thanks again!

Stephanie in Toyota of Stamford Service Dept is in tune with client needs. She is a true Customer Service Professional, listens, and asks questions to problem solve. My car was in good hands. The waiting lounge accommodates social distanced seating with plenty of waiting alternatives in other spaces. A cleaning crew member diplomatically walked through and sanitized surfaces after an unmasked client talked openly on a cell. Stephanie firmly and kindly suggested mask-wearing was necessary to occupy the lounge. This was much appreciated as I have an elderly relative and students to consider.

I had a slightly frustrating time trying to speak to the right person but once we made contact, my repair was handled promptly, efficiently, and courteously, and Toyota took care of the claim with my insurance company.

Toyota in Stamford, man it was an AMAZING experience. From the first encounter at the Lot to going around looking at all the cars to sitting down to discuss the numbers and options for Lease or Financing. J.D was the sale person who helped me and my wife and he was very patient, kind, breakdown every details, everything was made clear. He wasn’t pushy, it wasn’t about solely about the sale but he and the sale manager cared that we wanted in a car, a good car for our family & a GREAT car is what we got ! Me and my wife made a great connections with everyone there and that’s something I’d love for EVERYONE to experience when buying a car. Rich was my service manager and was by far the best I have encountered in my 69 years of owning and servicing my personal vehicles.Toyota is very fortunate to have him as a representative. As an aside, I have yet to find anyone at Toyota that didn’t make me feel like I was a very valued customer. My kudos to Toyotas management
