I wanted to surprise my wife with a car she's dreamed of since her teenage years. I found the perfect car online at Land Rover Darien. These have been challenging times so I wasn't sure how the process was going to be. I submitted a request online and Elise Brown, the sales rep who took care of me, was very responsive and kind through the whole process. We scheduled a test drive for the next day. I arrived at 2pm, drove the car for 15 minutes, and I was out the door by 4:15pm. The staff was kind, considerate, and very efficient. I will be back.

Eric and the whole service team always get the job done with calm and care. Plus they may have the cleanest reception and entire building in the country! I was working from there for a few hours, as my car was being serviced, and the young woman cleaning came through several times, wiping down everything, as she did for every surface in the office non-stop...and with a smile - Impressive - she deserves a big thank you. Thank you!

I just leased my new Range Rover Velar from Land Rover Darien and had such a great experience! I worked with Luke who is such a lovely person and was very focused on finding the right car for me. He encouraged me to test drive the car and really spend time in it so I could make sure that I was 100% happy with everything. The entire process was really quick, easy and smooth with no surprises. Don Sheldon, the finance manager, was wonderful as we reviewed and signed all documents and Carrie, who walked me through setting up the app and technology for the car, was just the absolute nicest person. Based on my personal experience, it's clear to me that this dealership is super customer service focused and unlike some other luxury dealerships, there is no pressure and no pretentiousness. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience at Land Rover Darien!
