Sarah was wonderful. We were going back and forth in terms of the vehicle we wanted. She was very patient with us. She answered every question we had. There was no hard sell of the past. It was a pleasant experience working with her. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Sarah again if I was so inclined to buy another Chevy.

Service associates in their small, poorly ventilated area working without masks on. When I asked that they mask up, they appeared to be quite annoyed at my reasonable request to have safe visit.

Bill in the H&L Parts Department is a customer service all-star. He explored multiple options to locate the part that I needed and to make certain it would fit my vehicle. This was a great experience from start to finish.

I was greeted very nicely when I came in. The rep was joking and playful with me. It was the day when I didn’t have any power due to the storm and he showed me where a power bank was to charge my 3 devices. Oil change was done in 90 minutes. Thank you!
