The branch manager “Dee” she’s incompetent and for someone that’s been with the bank for over 20 years knows very little. I had questions regarding a POA account which she did not know not even one answer to and constantly had to call her help center. Don’t get me wrong I love banking with Wells Fargo however I will never return to this branch again the manager DEE is clueless.
Opened up my business account here. I believe I dealt with the branch manager who was friendly enough. Still the process was quite tedious and they seem a bit out of their element. Regardless, overall a good experience.
Dealing with Bank Manager was frustrating. I have been a member of the bank for about 40 years. Not certain I will be back.
Dee is amazing! If you need help with anything, just ask her. She is all about customer service.
I am always overwhelmed by the friedliness and good service of the staff in this branch.
