The Best Tax service ever, both Ed and Sue are so professional in everyway, they treat everyone like family. They go above and beyond for you. The cost of service is not expensive. I have been using them for 20 plus years. Thanks for all you do.

We have had them do our business and personal taxes for 5 years.We filed for an extension and for over a month now we have been trying to contact them to finish our taxes.After many,many phone calls and e-mails and even went down to their office which was not open,we had no choice but to scramble at the last minute to find someone else to do our taxes.How rude and inconsiderate can any company be??? How can anyone that has been in business so many years just up and disappear on their customers.What a horrible experience.We plan to file a complaint with the BBB.Stay away from these people !!!!!

We were scammed! VanteTax has all of our tax forms and they never filed! I’ve been trying to get a hold of Susan for weeks! I’ve called countless times. I’ve left voicemails, sent multiple emails, and unfortunately have gotten no response to anything. I’m reporting them to the BBB. I hope no one else is dealing with this extremely frustrating situation. If you are, please let me know if you’ve had any luck with contacting them. I’m just trying to file my taxes...

Love Vante Tax - would highly recommend them to anybody. I've used them for years - husband and wife team are awesome, super friendly and very easy to work with.nnThe cost is minimal compared to the high quality tax service you get - really.nnBefore I got married and bought a house, I used to do it myself. But for the time it takes, and the aggravation, it's worth it to pay for some help. I love Vante and have been returning year after year.nnVery reliable - completely recommended - A+!
