I have tried to be nice by not complaining, but this case is very hard to swallow---I have to let people know what happened, so same terrible experience will not happen to you.nnThe partner of Soho Designs LLP, Mr. Po Yue Choi ordered about US$1,000 worth of merchandise from our company in March this year, and we got the product shipped on time.nnTracking information indicated the parcel was delivered 7 days after the order was placed.nnAbout three weeks later, Mr. Po Yue Choi claimed to his credit card company that the parcel was not delivered and asked for full refund. We provided the tracking information to PayPal (Paypal helps us collect payments) and PayPal said tracking information without receiver's signature is not sufficient.nnTo understand what really has happened, we tried a few times to contact Mr. Choi via calls and emails, however he just did not respond. Our shipping company has been investigating the case as the amount is quite high, but Mr. Choi did not respond either.nnWe have been in business for many years. But this is the first time for us to see such a suspicious case---tracking information shows product delivered to a business place, but client says no and does not respond to any investigations.nnNow, the payment has been fully refunded to Mr. Choi and we are taking full loss, leaving us fully puzzled.
