The agent was extremely friendly and helpful with unit rental. Very knowledgeable and made the whole process welcoming. Great people person which is important especially in these trying times.

Looks like a very well run, maintained & clean area.nUnfortunately, during a visit around 6:30p, it was apparent that many of the exterior lights were out on the buildings along with if any street lights being out made for an uneasy feeling as it became very dark by 7:30p. Staff is friendly, professional; next time I need to do better homework prior to renting a unit, as a charge for $11- for insurance was not reimbursable even though I had coverage through my existing home owners policy and didn’t know it as I rented after 4p on the same day. My other issue is around 7:30 when it was time to leave we were unable to use the key pads to exit and had to wait for someone to enter before we could leave; which was about 30 mins...Once the lights are replaced, keypad fixed, I’ll do another review.nUpdated review... I was able to find another unit in this facility that fit my requirements with the lights & gait code working it’s been very pleasant moving Paulie!nThank you

Very clean and professionally well kept location. Paulie was very informative and I was set up very quickly. Extremely knowledgeable and tons of help and knew the answers to my questions before I could ask them.

Very nice customer service. The units, hallways, and property are all very well kept. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe storage unit.

This place had everything I was hoping for in a storage facility, clean, secure, convienient, value.nBut the best part was dealing with Paulie. He was exceptionally informative, friendly and proffesional.
