I rented a 10x10 unit on Friday during the holiday weekend. After filling the unit, realized the unit was way too small. The facility was closed by the time we finished. They didn’t have the unit size I needed per online, so I had to move all my stuff elsewhere. I went there Sunday and the office was closed. I moved all my stuff out and called the next day to explain the situation. No refund was offered but they will be renting out my space and still keeping my $200.
Turk at the Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury location is very courteous and professional as well as helpful. Turk evidently cares about providing quality customer service, which is not always the case with people these days. He pro-actively came up with ideas for my storage upgrade; dealing with Turk is a real pleasure!
I needed to store all of my household goods for 7 months and decided to use Prime Storage’s Danbury location on Old Ridgebury Road. The building is clean and bright, and my unit was really spacious (and reasonable compared to many other storage companies). Moving during a pandemic was stressful so I’m especially grateful to Turk (the building manager), who was always so friendly and accommodating. I’m happy to say it was a positive experience, overall.
