This is a private property with, free access for walking people, which salute the freedom with a beautifull replica of the Statue of Liberty, a symbol of welcome to immigrants. It is a very nice initiative of local entrepreneur, Mr. Rizzo. It is a good place to have a sit and reflect how important were and still are the immigrants for USA.
