I come here all the time with my family and have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of goods here. I work retail and understand if you see someone sketchy you tell someone and I understand the precautions as I've had to profile before but its really rude to be harassed and followed or made out to be a thief when I'm just trying to shop.. I have an alternative style and look different fom a lot of people in the valley but it makes me not want to come back and shop knowing someone will assume I'm going to steal or be a nuisance. Like today, (8/5/20) the greeter was being friendly up until I walked into the store and went to put my phone in my pocket and glanced over to thw greeter because I felt like I I being watched! she made it apparent that she was notifying her coworkers because I started getting glances by them as well as she moved out of my line of sight to say something. I no longer feel comfortable coming in or purchasing merchandise from this establishment due to the accusations that took place today. I come in with my work attire (professional casual) and get treated well, but when I come in on my days off and in band shirts and leggings I seem to always get profiled. Its disrespectful and unprofessional of your employees..
