She LISTENS to what I want, and is patient when she has to explain why something I want may not work for me. She has a special way of breaking down how everything works in a simple, easy to understand way, which makes it so much easier for me to decide on an alternative option with her help! I’ve never learned so much about hair, hair tools, and hair products before!
