UPDATE: The owner’s feedback just showed me I’m not wrong.nn1 . My comments about the stylist are not offensive because I was not previously told that she was hard of hearing. You cannot expect that your customer guesses that the stylist cannot understand what is said. It should be told in advance when you’re charging for a service.nn2. Also, yes, I knew the price in advance, but I’m sorry if In my opinion it does not match the Quality of the service you provide.nn3. And yes, your service ruined my day. I hope you use this as a lesson to take better care of your next customers. That way you can avoid bad reviews!nn4. It’s a hair salon, I don’t want to see the beautiful day outside, I’ll do that later. I want to see what the stylist is doing with my hair, so I can stop Her if something is not pleasing me. Shouldn’t this be obvious?nnORIGINAL REVIEW:nIt’s just a glorified walk in salon (but you gotta book and pay in advance). I went there for a hair cut, the girl had me against the mirror throughout the whole cut and blowout, and I could not understand why. She said something about the plugs? Who knows, I could not understand her at all because of the mask. When she was done and finally let me to look at the mirror I realized the TRIM I asked for became more than two inches of hair chopped off. I’m never going back. Any $20 dollar walk in at the mall does a way better job. This was a $75 plus tip ($90) that just ruined my day.nnPlus, very cold welcoming, cold customer service, no water, no coffee, nothing. They take your temperature at the front door and give you some hand sanitizer. At least that.

First and foremost the salon is stunning! Super clean, well spaced out, everyone one in there was beyond professional! All Covid 19 precautions were taken and then some!nnLauren is a miracle worker. My hair was a mess from a colorist who dyed it a matte black color not even close to what I wanted!! It was just a disaster! Lauren did color correction, a sombre, and not sure what else but it came out perfect!! She’s the only stylist that will be touching my hair going forward!! She hit everything I wanted spot on! She’s so knowledgeable and a true artist!! I’m so glad I found this salon and won’t go anywhere else!

Rachel did an amazing job on my hair. She’s definitely your girl if you’re ready for a big change. The salon was also kept very clean. I 100% recommenced their services, the Fairfield location is super convenient if you live around the area.

Jenna was amazing! I enjoyed the services from start to finish. And the final outcome was a gorgeous blow out, my hair looks fabulous! Very happy!

I stumbled upon Pink Soda after searching for a hair salon that was open on Sundays because I needed my hair done for my engagement shoot. I made an appointment online, and when I showed up, Dee took care of me right away. She knew exactly what to do so that my hair would hold a curl during humid, warm weather. I love how my hair came out in the pictures--thanks Dee!
