Such a great place. Never crowded, not intimidating- just a welcoming place. I am highly “gym phobic” and need someplace that I am comfortable. The fitness center has plenty of Cardio machines, WiFi, A weight area, a class area, and even a virtual workout room! The owner takes such pride in her business. Highly reasonable rates- and she even gives free memberships to veterans. Class act. 5/5 stars!
Good clean gym. Lots of good classes and excellent staff. Can't beat the convenient location.

A small but fully loaded gym with lots of up to date equipment, fun and challenging classes, and a friendly atmosphere.
