During this covid pandemic, I tried to cancel because I have a household member who is at risk, so I canceled to minimize going out any more than necessary, and they made it such a headache. I got a doctor's note, like they asked, and they started playing semantics with it and said it wasn't good enough. 100% will not be joining again nor would I recommend them.

I go to Norwalk (closer to work) and Danbury (closer to home) and the difference is unreal. The Danbury is sooooooooo soooooo sooooo crowded. Very frustrating when you’re standing around waiting for racks, benches, weights, cables, machines. I can improvise but there is only so much I can do with what little is not taken up. Open another gym or cap the entrance. Which I think thats what you should be doing ANYWAY during Covid.

I tried to go to exercise at night guiding myself by the schedule and it turns out that they closed an hour before that if they charge me the cleaning tax every year and I can't even use all the gym and everything has a bad working environment I cancel the first coach because she had to go and on occasion I even saw how the manager spoke very badly to her ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Staff is great! Always enjoy my time there during my 3-4 workouts per week. A little crowded sometimes but what the heck. Great equipment
