Amazing tribe ! Everyone looks out for one another. Extremely helpful towards beginners. Opportunities to learn and work with professionals in Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Judo, and Combative training. Super safe clean comfortable environment. My entire family attends from my children to my mom. Classes can be universal. If I could live here I would, hehe. Definitely feels like home away from home.

American Top Team Danbury is the premier martial arts school in the Northeast! The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction is top notch! With a mat culture that nurtures the make everyone better approach opposed to a king of the mat culture. All the higher belts help the lower ranks then as they progress they help the lower ranks and so on. Luigi is extremely knowledgeable and can make the most complex techniques easy to execute.nnThe Muay Thai, MMA, Combatives, and kids classes all have excellent instruction. I highly reccomend American Top Team Danbury to anyone that wants to learn martial arts as a hobbyist, competitor, or for self defense. This place has been great for me and I can't say enough good things. You just have to go and try a class and see for yourself.
