I cant express enough how amazing this place is. From the masterful teaching to the true family atmosphere, this place has become a second home to me and everyone there is my family. Luigi and Silva are top notch people running a top notch school. Please stop buy for a free class so you can see for yourself

Amazing tribe ! Everyone looks out for one another. Extremely helpful towards beginners. Opportunities to learn and work with professionals in Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Judo, and Combative training. Super safe clean comfortable environment. My entire family attends from my children to my mom. Classes can be universal. If I could live here I would, hehe. Definitely feels like home away from home.

I have been Training at ATT CT for just about a year now and it has changed my life for the best. . From helping me within , with my confidence my weight journey my mental clarity and life lessons . My coach Luigi and his wife Siliva are amazing people who really care about all of there students we are one big family . If you want to learn martial arts from the best Att is the school to go too !!!

American Top Team Danbury is the premier martial arts school in the Northeast! The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction is top notch! With a mat culture that nurtures the make everyone better approach opposed to a king of the mat culture. All the higher belts help the lower ranks then as they progress they help the lower ranks and so on. Luigi is extremely knowledgeable and can make the most complex techniques easy to execute.nnThe Muay Thai, MMA, Combatives, and kids classes all have excellent instruction. I highly reccomend American Top Team Danbury to anyone that wants to learn martial arts as a hobbyist, competitor, or for self defense. This place has been great for me and I can't say enough good things. You just have to go and try a class and see for yourself.

Fantastic gym!...offers a bit of everything in Martial Arts (BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, Combatives, etc.)...great culture & vibe...proven methods. I’ll be going until my gives out.
