Just attended a weekend fully packed seminar at Master Song's with our Hung Fa Yi Wing Chun family brothers and Grandmaster Garrett Gee. A truly great experience in system training in Hung Fa Yi. System training is mentally challenging but when you get it down you know you have true reflexive wing chun DNA from your understanding in your mind to your body expression. You know there is no room for making things up but the approach and self-correcting exercises remove the non-essential and leave that which is very real. Highly recommended for all serious martial artists.
