Service Stars | Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air-Conditioning

Once again, a fantastic experience! We joined the “club” to access the great package and rates for service. Katie and Sarah were great with scheduling- and we were lucky enough to work with Derrick for this project! He was amazing, always on time, patient, happy to listen to the problems and offer multiple suggestions. He went above and beyond and did a great job! Derrick is clearly gifted in his skill, but also offered wonderful customer service- providing pricing and options before starting any work. I am so happy with this company and will go to them for any household need they can help with!

When my AC failed in the summer, I decided to replace my old system. I contacted 3 businesses. Service Stars promptly scheduled a sales call. Darryl was both knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with a side by side comparison showing the features of different systems. This made it easy to determine what was best for my home. He was very thorough and spent sufficient time to answer all my questions. He never seemed in a rush and reviewed every choice to my satisfaction. The office staff was very courteous. I mainly dealt with Katie. She worked with me to get an install date that fit my schedule. She was in constant communication regarding when the technicians would arrive and actually called me when they were in route. She was always upbeat in our phone conversations and it was refreshing to speak with someone who truly wanted to put the customer first. Jeremy and Brad did my install. WOW! They were terrific. They delivered everything that was promised. They were always on time. They put coverings on my floors and booties on their feet so they wouldn't track in any dirt. I had several questions which they answered. There were some issues and when I asked if it could be done a certain way they accommodated me. I could tell they wanted to do a quality job. I felt like they were installing my system as though they were doing the job in their own home. They were extremely pleasant and never hesitated to answer any question I had. Jeremy explained features of the air handler especially the filtering system. I felt that they wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied with their work. Service Stars is a family business. Darryl and Jeremy are brothers. They also have another brother in the business. You could tell immediately the pride they take in providing a quality service. They also provide electrical and plumbing services. I cannot speak more highly of this company. They delivered on their promises and I will look to them in the future if I need any of the services they provide. ALL business should be run like this one!!!

I was very pleased with this company. I had to renovate the space entirely (beauty salon) and only had a slight vision of what it should look like. The owner Jeremy came to look at the job and gave suggestions that I agreed with and it turned out beautiful. Everything went smooth- from consultation, booking an appointment with receptionist to the guys coming out and doing the job in one day. 2 electricians and a plumber were very knowledgeable and experienced. Jack and Derrick came to our house to do heating and plumbing maintenance. They were both extremely professional. After the maintenance, they both explained the service performed and next steps. I will definitely reach out to service stars again.

We just got our electric bill....and.... it was $15.00 cheaper than the previous month using only ceiling fans the previous month.nOur usage , kw hrs., was 50% less than the same month last year with a window unit.nThe house is very comfortable and the unit is very quiet and so efficient.nI just had to do an update. This unit blew my expectations away. I swear this is the truth.nn08/10/2020nnI just had a one year service performed on my Fujitsu Ductless A/C. The technician was Jack.nHe did a thorough and professional service on my system. He was prompt and very courteous, the kind of technician that you want to come to your home. I would give him 5 stars, the same as my original installation crew received. Good company with good technicians.
