This store is usually stocked. I loved the store in WestFarms Mall and find it a real drag that I have to drive even farther to shop. When you have kids you will do anything to make them happy. The shipping process for an order if doing standard delivery is slow as slow can be. You will be notified of one date, but that date will change more than once. I guess they think we want to play BINGO with the order. Do not bother calling customer service if you have a problem either, they really will only be a sounding board and will not do anything for you. Over the years this store has started to decline, between the quality of clothing, the look of the clothes as well as the variety of styles.
Thank God they stopped spraying that horrible perfume and blasting that music. What bean counter ever thought that was a good idea? At least now I can go back in the place and converse with my friends or actually ask a salesperson for help without shouting. Cute clothes. Will definitely go back now that I won't get a headache from that smell of perfume
