Burlington

Staff is friendly. Store is always clean. But only 3 stars because their jackets are cheap quality and not worth it. I'd rather pay the extra money and go to kohl's. Everything else is fine

I had a lovely time shopping at Burlington Coat Factory, as I thought they had great deals and the store is very big. Although, one experience with an employee ruined my entire time and I never dealt with such a rude retail associate before in my entire life. My friend and I went downstairs to shop, and we were sorting out what we did and didn’t want. I was in the process of doing so, and I planned on putting everything I did not want back in the general area it belonged as I also work a retail job and understand the frustration of cleaning up after others, especially when it’s a big mess. But, as we are minding our own business, one of the workers comes by and stares us down for a good couple of minutes. The store had just made an announcement that the close in 20 minutes. After staring us down and standing there, she walks away, then comes back. She tries telling me I “can’t do that”, “can’t be downstairs and have to go upstairs now” and claims that they are “now closed”. I was quite mad at that point because of how rude she was, but I politely told her that we are deciding what we want and are about to go upstairs and we’re aware they’re about to close. She walks away. Then comes back again! This time she has more of an attitude than before! She tries saying the same stuff and that they’re closed and I told her we have 15 more minutes as it was 9:45pm and they close at 10pm. Then she has the audacity to say I was having an attitude? In retail this type of behavior should not be tolerated, as I felt extremely rushed, pressured and like an unwelcome customer. I felt harassed as she would not leave me alone and only had intentions of arguing with me. If she were to come over and say “we close soon just so you know” or politely ask me to put everything away (as I was originally planning on), there wouldn’t have been an issue.

Had such great time shopping w my bff. We took a random road trip. We decided to go shopping. the check out process was so painless. the associate was Giselle and i believe the associate bagging (she appeared to be the manager) were super friendly. As we both are in the customer service Industry we feel its important to let people know when they are doing a great job. Perhaps they will remember us as the Girls from Lake George NY. Keep up the great customer service and come visit us in Lake George.nMiles of Smiles

Shopping at Burlington was good , they have a lot of products, household, baby. Men, women. I even saw pan biscuits i bought , my daughter bought dresses there for church, her husband, my friends do as well. We had a wonderful time shopping. They have some of the most beautiful design in dresses ,and other varieties of products. Nice shopping there, nice parking area, clean rest rooms, and also clean environment. Nice place to shop.
