The workers are polite enough. One thing about the store is that though it is organized, some of the products seem to be a little bit outdated.nFor example I went in there one day to grab some adhesive tape for something in the vehicle and it looked like it had weakened or deteriorated just a little bit. Just be mindful of which products are picking up, it might be an old one.
the online inventory doesn’t match actual inventory at the store. wasted my time, not coming back
I walked in to get Front & Rear Brakes for my vehicle & there was a guy at the counter with his back turned organizing the shelf. He looked at me and continued. I asked if he can help me because he didn't even acknowledge me & he said No. He then continued & i had to asked again if there was anyone that can help me. He started yelling out someone's name and got no response. He then stated that my help might be outside. Im sorry but I walked out and drove to Advance down the road. I think the gentleman behind the counter name was Rafael and he was yelling out Olivio. Horrible customer service guys.
Super helpful staff with diagnostic reader and advice. Didn't try to sell us more than was needed.
Autozone in danbury customer service is horrible the women named Liz is horrible dealing with customers on and off the phone she literally was telling me that she was hanging the phone up because she has other customers I hope this isn't the way of Autzone I will be calling the cooperate office
