Just spent 25k on a used Volvo for my daughter. We are in New York and my daughter and wife were going to Connecticut to pick the car up today.nI asked salesman Greg for a heads-up as to when my bank check arrives as I paid for overnight delivery to him to make the process smooth for my wife and daughter since they were driving 2+ hours each way for two days in a row to complete this deal.nGreg never gave me the consideration of a response of any kind though he was quick to email me previously with the sales proposal before the sale was done.nI sent him an email today expressing my disappointment at the lack of response and I was glad that I had gone ahead and sent my wife and daughter to the dealership anyway using the FedEx tracking app as my guide.nAt best this is poor form on this dealership's part and at worst it is some sort of systemic poor communication problem there.nFor a dealership selling a fairly high-end brand, I'm quite disappointed and would advise future customers to beware. I'm hoping the car doesn't give us big problems since my trust in these people has already been challenged.nPoor communication, now questioning the quality of the vehicle.nAnd all this is on a successful sale to a willing customer that required nothing on Greg's part as I did not haggle and just simply overnighted a check!nWill say some prayers on the quality of this vehicle and update this review as things unfold with it.nAm in doubt about the character and quality of this dealership.

One of the best experiences I have had at all of the dealerships I have been to. Greg from the sales team went the extra mile to get me the exact car I was looking for. They gave me a sweet deal as well. Most pleased with the car buying experience here and would certainly recommend.

Excellent customer service and care. Very fair offering on my trade in. Was quickly able to select the car I wanted. Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Happy I chose a Volvo and happy I chose to buy from Volvo Cars Danbury.

Currently disputing a refundable $500 deposit. They said they would refund the deposit and they did text a sales receipt. Weeks later noticed no refund. Started a dispute and called manager to make aware. He said he would look into it and resend the refund receipt. Did not receive. Called again the end of the week and left a voicemail. No response.nCalled my cell phone carrier. Found the receipt and now letting Chase deal with the situation.nnThey also let me make an appt to see a car that had not been inspected. Drove an hour and they said I could only drive it around the lot. Wasn't a good exp for me but looks like there others have had good experiences.

I recently purchased my first Volvo (XC90) and I couldn't be more in love. We shopped around quite a bit for other makes/models before landing on Volvo of Danbury. We worked with Carlo throughout the sales process. He was so knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy (which we experienced at every other dealership we visited prior), so working with him was like a breath of fresh air. I am so happy with my purchase, and have a feeling I will be a Volvo customer for life! Thanks for an overall great car buying experience!
