I bought a car from Heather and she was absolutely amazing! From very beginning to the very end she informed me every last detail and helped me get the very best car possible!!! I could not have been happier with the service and attention she and colonial Mazda in Danbury gave me!!! I Will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!! And I am an hour and a half drive from this location but I have to say it was worth it and I will be back!!! Thank you Heather and the rest of the team you guys are amazing and the best!!!

Extremely happy with the purchase of my first car being a Mazda, especially the wonderful salesman (Shiv) that really sold it to me. I had been going back and forth between a few dealerships and between different cars and he was what brought me back to make my final decision. I came in having not worked with Mazda before and I’m very glad I made the decision to try it out. He was very patient in explaining everything thoroughly and breaking down the process for me as I was new at buying a car. Would definitely recommend Shiv to anyone looking for a car!!

This was by far my best new car buying experience. This is my 6th new car purchase and except for Colonial Mazda they all mostly been miserable ordeals. I had a specific car in mind when I scheduled a test drive. At more than two hours away, Colonial Mazda was the closest dealer with the car I wanted. Heather Ramos (internet sales manager) contacted me after I scheduled the test drive to give me the option of reserving the car I wanted to drive with a deposit or take my chances that it would be there when I arrived for a test drive. I decided to press my luck, but I was able to confirm with Heather that the specific car I wanted was available well before I arrived at the dealership. Heather handed us off to Dave Brown. Dave gave us an overview of the vehicle and sent us off on a test drive. When we got back, Dave gave my wife and I space to talk in private. When we decided to purchase the car, the paperwork on the cost of the car was exactly as I expected, no surprise fees, no extras. Dave walked us through the paperwork and patiently re-walked us through the parts where we needed extra help to understand the figures. Dave completed the paperwork in a reasonable time and we left the dealership very quickly. This was the first time I bought a car where I felt like my time was respected and not used as a weapon in the negotiation. Next time I buy a car, I would gladly drive past the dozen or so Mazda dealerships between me and Colonial to purchase a car -- just because of this purchase experience.

I leased a new Mazda CX-9 From this dealer and worked with Heather and Jason. Not only was it the easiest transaction I’ve ever had, Jason and Heather communicated well throughout the entire process. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be getting my next car from them.
