There are a number of business under one roof at this location, including an auto repair, commercial equipment rental, van rental and RV rental. One gets the impression they'd prefer their retail customers to go somewhere else. When you rent a vehicle from them they will not let you leave your existing vehicle on their lot, nor will they give you any assistance in parking it at the commuter parking lot. You'll also need to wait until they have time for you, as their commercial customers have priority. Cruise America is a great franchise and I like their RVs - I just wish some retail friendly business was the franchisee.

Employees who act like the customer is the biggest inconvenience in their little world. True I rented an RV from a place in PA and they were nice enough to let me look at their RV here before I went down to PA but they are all Cruise America right?nnShowed up to meet a man with a disgusted look on his face and all i asked to do was see the cargo area and the fridge. He was annoyed to all hell and had a few less than polite comments to make.nnSo I apologized for wasting his time, took my look and my pictures and waited for 20 minuets for him to move the RV so I could go home.nnCruise America may not be bad but these fools are a disgrace to any company associated with them.
