We were introduced to Andrew at TriState through some friends who were similarly new to car leasing. We had been trading information as we embarked on the journey and so I scheduled a call with Andrew. He was beyond helpful in explaining the process (which I had worried would be overwhelming with loopholes and catches to avoid) and thoughtful in answering my questions, and he got back to me a few days later with some options for us. We ended up getting the car we wanted (a subaru in the color we wanted!) for less per month than we had been quoted by the dealership ourselves, and the work on our end to complete the leasing was extremely minimal. We even got the car delivered to us, which was extra appreciated during the pandemic but it's always nice to not have to go into a dealership. Everything was really straightforward and clear throughout the whole process. I've already recommended the service to another friend who used them to buy a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is hoping to have a hassle-free car leasing or buying experience. For the small fee they charge, we absolutely got our money's worth and more if you consider all the time and energy we saved, as well as the extra money we'd pay if we hadn't gone through his business. I had also chatted with some friends who leased direct from the dealership and they weren't able to choose their color because there wasn't enough stock. Andrew clearly had access to more stock than the average person walking into a dealership. Overall - a great experience that I would 100% repeat if buying or leasing again.

I was referred to Reid by my daughter. I've been leasing through the same dealer for over two decades, always thinking I was getting a good deal. I was not. Reid negotiated a great deal, cutting months off my current lease, and keeping my monthly payments level, with a fraction of what I used to put down on signing at the dealer. Payment was via credit card over the phone, and the delivery was completed in minutes in my driveway (an ordeal that usually takes several hours at a dealer). Last Saturday, during a casual conversation with Reid at our office building, I asked his opinion about my upcoming lease renewal. He shared some general information but then did a bit more research and got right back to me. Reid knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find me a 2021 Honda Pilot in the color I wanted with a down payment and monthly payment LESS than what I paid almost 3 years ago. I spoke to the dealer, did the credit application and less than 8 hours later, the car was in my driveway. There was not one penny of a discrepancy between the figures Reid gave me and the dealership paperwork. I’m sure Reid spent more time on this than I did but I can assure you I have never spent less than 20 minutes of my time on a new car experience as I did this time. The small fee they charge is worth that and so much more for the time savings, money savings and most of all, awesome service they provide. While Reid has described to me what he and Andrew do,nI had to experience it first hand and I am so glad I put my trust in them. I would recommend their service without hesitation. These guys are great! I don’t think I will ever look for my own car again because they made the process so easy. They got me out of my existing lease early and into the car that I wanted seamlessly and at a great price. Reid and his team are top-notch professionals and the dealerships we ultimately interacted with were of the same caliber. There is no doubt that I’ll will be using TriState Auto Champs again when my leases are up!
