Ordered tires for my Jeep Cherokee. Had an appointment at 8:30. They didn't start till 9:30. Then I was told lug nuts were swollen and needed to be broken off and I needed to purchase new ones. Then I'm told they ordered the wrong tires so I needed to wait for them to get the correct ones, going on 5 hrs now and still not done. Just frustrated.

They've helped me out a couple of times now and have been very transparent and reasonable with their pricing. They went the extra mile recently on an issue I had with my brakes. Highly recommend!
