excellent tire store very nice ppl there they help me alot im disabled and les Schwab wouldn't do anything tire o rama is the best in Kalispell

They are fine for tires but I would not recommend getting mechanical work done here, I brought my truck in to have the ac recharged and I requested that the accumulator be changed as i suspected it to be defective, the service writer wrote down actuator, and I dont know maybe I misspoke maybe he misheard that's not my complaint, in two hours they were working on the truck they never bothered calling to verify what I needed, they simply ignored it and recharged the system with the bad accumulator in it, now I get to pay another shop to pump out the freon I just payed $150.00 for so that they can change the accumulator which was the whole point of the exercise in the first place, and for the cherry on top, the service writer literally shrugged his shoulders and was like oh well, no apology, or acknowledgment that things could have been done better at all,

The gentleman here went above and beyond the customer service standards for me today. Eugene made a house call to help me change my tire because it was the first time I’ve ever done it. I absolutely ruined a tire that I had just purchased from them within the year and even though it was destroyed they were able to trade it in towards a new tire. I got an oil change, rotation and new tire for a Phenomenal. Thanks for the attention to detail gently
