I’ve been coming here for the last 5+ years with my car getting oil changes and really never had any problem. Today I went in for an oil change and when I left I had some issues with my maintenance light and tire pressure light being on after the service was completed. Usually this never happens so a bit concerned I called and was told to come back. I also had some questions regarding why I wasn’t given the discount card to my charge. Seeming a bit annoyed they explained that it was for a different oil and not for the one they used on my car today. No problem, however I wasn’t able to keep the discount card to give to my mother since she could have used it for her car which takes this kind of oil. After pressing buttons and resetting my maintenance light the guy said he didn’t know what he did but it was reset so again no problem.... however, when I went to leave he came up to my window and pretty much threatened that he could have given me a ticket for my studded tires being on. There was no reason for this comment and it was completely uncalled for. I felt it was a slap in my face to say this because of my questions regarding the discount card and doubts of why my maintenance light was still on ect after the service was done. To threaten me and tell me I could be written a ticket by him for my studded tires because they were supposed to be off by April 15th is so rude and also false! I checked the MDT website and studded tires are permitted until MAY 31st! Before you go and threaten your long time committed customers you better get your damn facts straight. You can say goodbye to a whole family and our business. We will take it happily elsewhere.

They have a sense of no interest being there and serving customers, they want to rush you into the tunnel as they blind your view with soapy water and they let the power washer hoses on the ground stay in the driving path.nnIf your car has a flawless body, steer clear of this location. I had to fix a plastic panel on my windshield the preper sprayed almost off my new car.nnThe cost of all their wash options have increased significantly and they now charge you for the towel and spray bottles they used to give you complimentary. You will not get your door jams wiped down either which was once complimentary with your purchase. Basically the price went up while the value and quality went down. I could understand this if the business just opened up with new tech and equipment but this is a carwash with dinosaur mechanics older than your parents.nnI give this location two stars because despite all the irregularities cited, my car did get cleaned.nnReviews406 reviews are multilisted

After being directed into the car wash by the manager Wayne, I apparently wasn’t in the track right. I must say he can give some dirty and disgusting looks! For a manager to give a customer the kind of looks he gave me is inexcusable! I’m not sure Pro Clean will be my choice of car washes in the future. It’s the only one I have used for all three of my vehicles but after the way I was treated by him, probably not anymore. All other employees have been awesome!
