Contact with store after online order made 3 to 4 times.. They initiated the first one to share back order info with apology and assured me they would call as soon as item was in. I followed up with them throughout the summer.. Each and every interaction with guys at the store was a friendly, professional, informative and genuinely neighborly conversation which I very much appreciated. They did call as soon as battery was in.. again with great apologies.
As a women I find it hard to find shops, generally thought for men, that treat me respectfully. I actually hate the idea of going to them. The two gentleman that I spoke with were both kind and didn't make me feel out of place. Thank you so much and I can't wait to come here again.
The employees were easy to work with, accommodating of my needs for a revised appointment time, finished replacing the glass on my phone in the time they had stated and it looks like new!
Brought my phone in to get my microphone fixed and they fixed it and I'm very pleased and I would recommend them to a lot of other people
Mr. Rick at the front desk was a ray of sunshine. Rolled his eyes at me twice. His question.... What's the make of the vehicle. Answer it's a home made 100cc buggy I'm looking for a 6v battery. Eye roll #1. Do you want us to charge it? No thanks may I purchase one? Eye roll #2 and audible huff. I get less flack asking teens to clean their rooms.
