I was charged $7.20 for a coffee that normally costs me under $6. When the batista told me the price I said I'll just use a free one, then she hands me a receipt totalling $1.05. On my square loyalty profile it clearly states 14 points is equal to a free drink. I have well over 14 points so this charge doesn't make sense. Then I went home and checked my account and the baristas took my points off my account and still charged me full price for the coffee.
Coffee is awesome, but I don't have 30 minutes to wait every time I want some. (They get 4 stars because they are worth the wait if you can swing it.)
Always super nice and friendly. Also they really know how to make the perfect coffee
Not sure what I love more, their coffee or moonshines. The ladies are always awesome.
