Only way you will get help is with an appointment. I waited for over 30 minutes and just because I did not have an appointment when it was finally my turn and it was 20 minutes to closing, I was told I need to call for an appointment. The security guard was very helpful. Experience was not professional at all. Website for IRS office In Harrisburg still shows it is open but that is wrong.
Worst experience. Taxation is theft.
I was at the Social Security Office. I asked the guard if I made an online appt at that moment I could be seen that day. I was told to wait one second. Three seconds later I was in the office and had my question answered. Just use some courtesy and doors open for you. Thank you IRS for a wonderful experience.
I no have words how it's so unconfortable to get a service. Just it's a complate disappointing.
IRS Security lady was very nice person, but the staff inside was something else, the black women at counter 4 is very rude and It seems that she very unhappy with her job.
