This year, your Tax Analyst was very efficient. My federal,state & local was completed in just 30 minutes. I always do my own taxes before I go in for my appointment so that I know what I should expect for my refund. I will request the same person next year. (Chris Mellinger_

The tax professional was knowledgeable and explained everything. In the future, however, we may return to using the online service, if it is cheaper than having a live human being prepare the returns. That's not a knock on the tax pro - just a matter of personal convenience.
