I stopped in today with my Ford escape. My engine cover thingy fell and was dragging under my front end. I was very worried and not sure what to do, but felt confident stopping in as they were a Ford dealer (I live in Hanover). I was seeking advice and guidance. The service man looked at my car and stated that it was not safe to continue. He fixed it in 5 minutes as I stated I was in a crazy hurry and in the middle of my work day. I cannot express how grateful I am and how thankful I feel. The service I received was beyond amazing!!! Thank you so much!! I will be back looking for my next Ford!!!
I had a great experience at Beshore and Koller in Manchester. Keihl , Rick, Nate and Don were fabulous. I got a fair and honest trade on a newer vehicle. Thank you for the great set of wheels on a newer vehicle.
Friendly family owned dealer, much better than the crooked Apple dealerships. Service dept. is top notch. Call and talk to Tammy, she will take care of anyone.
I recently purchased a 2020 Escape from this dealership. Unlike some other places I visited, the salesman was very attentive to my needs. It is sad that so many places bypass a woman looking for a vehicle in favor of a man. No so here.
